I ordered a particular display for my wife's birthday, but it became unavailable. I was sent an E Mail asking if I wanted a different bouquet, or if I'd accept something different made to the price I'd paid. I decided to take a risk and let them make one up. Good choice! If anything, the new mix was better than the one I'd chosen. And, because I hadn't seen and replied to the E Mail till late on the night before the delivery date, I was very surprised and pleased to see it was still delivered on time the next day. Ordered a small bouquet of roses and some chocolate truffles this morning at about 0750 (online) and they were delivered before noon. Pretty good on Valentine's Day. Nice bouquet and not overly priced. Recommended! Graham

Unfortunately, in my rush I did not get the name of the wonderful woman who served me but I will leave a review because my heart was touched with the excellent service I received today at Maurice Hyde. After disappointments from other florists and also a failed order I urgently needed a bouquet. I was served by a lady who was not only emphatic but also pragmatic in how to resolve things. In the end she skillfully made a beautiful bouquet and even added extra touches to compensate the stressful morning I had. 5 stars hands down, will be recommending Maurice Hyde to relatives and friends for sure.
